Help! Whats this?

I had a judgement from 1994 against me for 4000.00 which is now 7000.00. I just received a certified letter which contains arestraining notice and information subpoena whaich has 132 questions asking everything and anything. It gives me 7 days to respond or i'm in contempt of court. Any help would be appreciated.
