If a CA has filed against you on a CC that is past the SOL can they list it in the public records section of your credit report BEFORE anything is resolved? I mean, we are at the discovery phase we haven't even been to court yet? It seems unfair to have it listed against me before anything has happened. And, if it is ok, if the case is dismissed or they lose does it get removed then? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
