Least expensive method for updated CRs.

What is the least expensive way to obtain multiple, updated credit reports? I am planning on buying a house in the next 3-6 months and am trying to get my CR as clean as possible (obviously), without throwing all my money out to these agencies.

I have spent more than $90 with TrueCredit over the past 3 months, not to mention all the expenses of CRRR. I'm thinking (and you may want to hand me my "sign") that it is probably cheaper in the long run to order from each individual CRA, and dispute with the CRA after requesting validation from the CA and get updated reports at the end of the 30-day dispute period. Is this true? (Sorry for the run-on sentence). The problem is that I have only received updated reports from TU. Experian and Equifax have sent me nothing and it has almost been 30 days. They sure take their sweet time. My Green Card from Experian came back with no legible date or signature. I can see what appears to be an attempt at a "stamped" signature and date, but I can't read it. I had to look up the signed-for date on USPS.com and the stamped signature is in red ink and all I can make out is what looks like a "C", or an "A", or a... who knows. Has anyone seen this stamped signature before? What does it say? Who's name is it so I have something to go by when I send them a second notice. If they actually have a stamp, they must get hundreds or thousands daily.

From what I can tell, Sherman ASSquisitions and OSI have both fallen off my TU report. My validation to OSI was returned as "undeliverable". I guess with the BK, it's not worth the effort for them. Hopefully, they also fell off my other CRs. But, like I asked before, how can I find out without continuing to blow my money? I only have my income and two little kids. This is getting expensive! (Or in other words, "These pretzels are making me thirsty!", Seinfeld). I'm just trying to stay in good spirits.

Happy Holidays!
Trish
