I am sure you will get a few posts regarding "debt eraser' Eddie is working for himself, not you. I advise extreme caution with regard to "debt eraser. To answer your question, yes you can get a judgement vacated after bk, but it will cost more than not to get a judgement in the first place. My advice is to ignore CAs and their attorneys. In your case, you are judgement proof. But, you may have a defense if you are sued. When was the last time you paid the original creditor and what state are you in. IGNORE CAs AND THEIR ATTORNEYS UNLESS YOU ARE SUED. Chances are very good that you will not be sued. I had approximately 10 charge offs and was only sued once. My response to that was to file chapter 7, which stopped the law suit from proceeding. (stopped judgement) NEVER IGNORE A SUMMONS TO APPEAR IN COURT, ALWAYS ANSWER A SUMMONS IF THAT IS WHAT IS REQUIRED.
