I suggest you file a notice of appearance with the Court, just as if it WAS a real lawsuit, you can use the format in the "How To Answer A Lawsuit Link" on my website. Use whatever case # is on A$$(O)LES papers, and send a copy of their "claim" to the Court.
It is POSSIBLE that they can file afterwards, as in some Courts this is allowed. I also suggest you file a complaint with the FTC and your State Attorney General's Office.
