At this point, you can not repair you credit, and paying CA will start a feeding frenzy and your credit will suffer even more. CAs can not harass you if you don't let them. Don't communicate with them. Let the machine pick up, watch caller ID. If they sue you then file bk. Bk is a fresh start. After bk you can start to rebuild your credit in about two years. There is no magic wand. You have bad credit and you have to deal with it. File bk and learn from past mistakes. Don't repeat those mistakes. That's my 2 cents.
