I live in North Carolina and the SOL on CC accounts is 3 years. My question is on my CR it shows the first 30 days late as May, 2001 and then June, 2001 for 30 days late. On my CR it says Charged off as bad debt Purchased by another lender , so my question is did the date of the SOL start on May, 2001 or June 2001. I need to know I think I am safe but just want to know. And I live in North Carolina but my checking account is in TX if the SOL is not yet past and someone brings a judgement can they still screw with my checking account. Thank you for help
