bd my suggestion is leave this alone becouse your only mths away from this account being past our 4 yr SOL for credit card debt .. living here in NEVADA we have some advantages becouse in order for them to sue you they must be licensed in NV or other wise they have to actually hire an attorney here in NV to file suit they cant do a damn thing IF their out of state trying to collect from you while living in NV , NEVADA is called a bordered state meaning out of state collectors have ZERO power over NV residents unless THEY HIRE A NV attorney or collection agency here in state .. hey let them send you their junk mail it means NOTHING i mean put the junk mail to use , keep it by the phone & use it as scrap paper to take down real messages lol .. in this state the SOL dosent start when 1st payment was missed its an extra month from that date OR when you LAST charged anything on the card that than begins the SOL .. hey im no expert but i agree with others , leave this alone but only my opinion , bye kelly ..............
