Making yourself judgement proof? Any tips?

I am thinking about divorcing my husband so that I will be judgement proof from all my medical bills (I only receive $500 in SSDI). Has anyone else ever done this and do you have any tips for me? (....And don't anyone go trying to threaten me that it's fraud, either, because I can divorce my husband if I want to and even move out, and no one is going to bother to look in to why).
