Whychat, I have checked out http://whychat.5u.com/States/state-io.html and Iowa Statutes, but I couldn't find the definition of "Written Contract". I found "Contract" and "Credit Agreement", but no "Written Contract". What are the requirements of a written contracts? Signature from both sides?? etc?? I've shown to my lawyer the SOL defense from your website. She kept saying credit card agreement is a written contract since i've sign the "agreement". Again, i am not sure how experience she is in the consumer credit cases. She is not going to defend me since she will be out of town. I will have to defend myself in the court. :-(
