sounds like you have a good case but need a paper trail. Keep a log of every time they call. Next time they call inform them they can no longer call you at home or work. Send validaton request with a notice to cease communication by phone. This will give you breathing room while you plan your next step. They cant take any collection action till they do. Pull CRs from all 3 agencies for you and your wife. This will let you see if tha acct is reaged and create a baseline for you to work with. When did you settle with the other CA? And what were the terms. What probobly happend was you settled for less than the balance and the acct was transferred to another CA/
