Old JUDGEMENT question

Hello!
this is very helpful board! This is my question......I have an old judgement, I want to clear it up, the amount is $700 and 10% interest over 12 years......that comes out to $840 in interest and $700 for the judgement totaling $1540. this is my question, is this the amount I cna expect to pay OR should there be extra charges i.e. courts costs and such? The court docket shows the amount as $700. that is how I calculated the amount due. Also can I pay the court directly instead of having to deal with these creditors? Should I hire a lawyer to handle this? Thanks in advance!
