An account in which I am the primary debtor has been discharged by Chase and placed with a abusive and ruthless CA who has voilated EVERY aspect of the FDCPA during their initial contact with me/my wife (at work). The CA's license has expired in my state. The CA has informed me that they could place a lien on my property as well as seek judgement and wage assignment against my wife's wages, even though my wife was only an authorized user on the account. My only source of income is SS disabilty. Chase collections informed that I live in a 'non-suable' state. Can the CA suefor my wife's wages considering they're license is expired? First time post....Thanks.
