Recently i have had my pool resurfaced. They messed the job up and their efforts to repair and complete to job resulted in many unprofessional interactions. We have been trying to settle and they keep trying to get 100% of the balance due. They just told me they put a lean on my property and will release it once we have settled. What effects will this have on me?
