You say he has validated. Are you sure he validated.
In court he must show what the money he sasy you owe is for
Explain and show how he calculated what he says you owe.
Provide you with copies of any papers that show you agred to pay whe he says you owe
Identify the original creditor
Prove SOL has not expired on this account.
Show that he is licensed to collect and/or sue in your state
Prove that he has the legal right to sue on this account.
What kind of assets do you have. Do you know what your exemptions are? You are in Texas, so he can not touch your home, and he can not garnish your wages. The only thing he can go after is your bank account, if you don't have one, then he can't touch you. So, unless you own a summer property somewhere, yacht, sable, mink......you are judgment proof. You can tell him to go pound sand. Texas is a very debtor freindly state.
