I hope you are keeping all records of communication with them (including envelopes) I sent them C&D,and validation letter within 30 days of dunn letter. They never have validated debt. If it's legal to record them in your state do so, let them know in validation letter this is one of your options that you will make use of. Others on this board are more qualified than I. They have been helping me deal with these carp.
