I recived a letter from W&A and National Arbitration Forum that an arbitration award would not be discharged in bankruptcy. How can this be true? This is unsecured debt, how can they say it will not be discharged? I am ready to go Chapter 7 and let those W&A a--holes rot in h-ll. I sent a letter to W&A requested documentation that I signed a compeling my account to be subject to arbitration.
