I looked at the SOLs for Utah, but cannot tell if they apply to this account.

In 2002 when I contacted the Dr's office they said that they gave my medical records to MedCLR and that they can't provide me with any information regarding this account.

If MedCLR will not respond to letters or phone calls requesting account information so that the HC Provider can pay them, then what else can I do?

I have asked for copies of my Credit Reports so that I may dispute the claim as "not mine and duplicated". After this, what can I do so that the HC provider can pay this and it can be removed from my record?

I feel so helpless in this, the debt was supposed to be paid by the HC provider, but we never received a bill from the Dr for professional services because they said all mail was returned to them. The ER sent the bills to me and I forwarded them to my parents, etc. I didn't receive a bill from the Dr's office or else I would have forwarded that on as well.

Again thank you for your help,
Jeans
