Hi Everyone, I would like to know what can be done once a judgement has been entered. I live in Florida and the judgement is for a medical bill that is for $7000.00 from surgrey my son needed. I'm not sure of the end result as it has not been entered yet. I receive SSDisability and was wondering if they can freeze my bank account. The judgement was against myself and my wife as she is the childs mother (she signed none of the Dr.s papers yet they still included her). I would also like to know what else they can take or do and do you get any notice of which way they are going ie. freeze account, sieze property, etc. I answered the court on the summons and got a letter from the attorney to answer a bunch of questions. I thought that they would just give me a court date and I could at least get my wifes name off the judgement. The medical insurance covered so much and this is for the balance, plus, I'm the one who is the subscriber. I don't feel my wife should be named and that's the only part to the judgement I want changed. What should I do? Sorry this is so long but I just can't figure out all this legal stuff. Also, I own a Harley (no note on it) can they go after that for payment? Thanks for any help you can give me. SAL
