Lots of people are having problems posting new threads - including me :( There really is no way to prevent a CA from re-selling the remaining balance of a settlement. You can stipulate that in your negotiations, but it would be considered restraint of trade. It stinks, there should be a way to make it enforceable. It means we have to KEEP fighting a succession of CA's until the damn thing dies in some archive.
