I was searching through the older posts and ran across this one. Orangedog had posted some info on it and it's supposed to be an case from the Ohio Court of Appeals that has already ruled that CCs in Ohio are not written contracts. I was just wondering if you ever got your hands on the full text of case? Could come in handy and pretty much guarantee a win on an SOL CC in Ohio.
